The email MUST include a valid invoice number and Name and Address,as well us faxnr. and telephonenr.and the reason why you wanna return the item. Upon receipt of your do-it-yourself kit items at Siegelflyscreens your refund will be issued to the same credit card used to accomplish the purchase.

Overview

When you first enter the shop, you are assigned a shopping cart that holds your purchases. Simply add your purchases to your shopping cart. Whenever you see an item that you want to purchase, you can add it to your cart by entering the number of items to add and clicking on the "Add To Cart" button for that item. You will then see the contents of your shopping cart,including the item(s) that you just added.

At any time, you can view or change the contents of your cart by clicking on the "View Cart" link at the top of the page. You can remove items from your cart by simply setting the quantity to 0 and updating your cart.

When you have finished collecting items, Simply check out,and select the "Credit Card" payment option. On the "Checkout" button located in the "View Cart" area, assuming that you are logged in. You will be given the chance to verify your purchase before proceeding to checkout. You will be brought to 2checkout.com secure site to enter your payment information and, upon completion of the transaction, returned to Siegel Flyscreens website to view your order confirmation. International Orders

Siegel Flyscreens is happy to accept orders originating abroad as well as German orders shipped internationally, provided they meet the following criterion.

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your total purchase. You will be contacted regarding the final charge, at which time you may confirm or cancel your order. International orders usually take 7-14 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Siegel Flyscreens assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.

What Currency do you use?

Our prices (both on the website and in the catalog) are billed in EURO Currency

Can we make a payment using our own countries currency? All prices are calculated in Euro currency. Banks and the credit card companies will automatically do a currency conversion to the cardholders native currency. Use our handy currency converter to calculate the exchange Here.

We accept payments in Canadian and US Currency aswell! We will accept payments by cheque or international money orders in either Canadian or US currency when you are making your payment by mail BUT our prices are based on EURO currency and will have to be converted according to current US or Canadian exchange rate.

We accept payment by Digital Check? This option is only available to residents located in the US. Select Credit Card to make payment by Digital Check. This takes a little longer as it has to clear the bank prior to being approved. Bank statements for payments made by digital check will show up as a charge from "2CKO.comSiegel Flysc"

Can I mail in my payment? Yes Once you have added your items to your cart, select whether you will be paying by check or international moneyorder and complete the transaction. Shipping Address

We do not ship to alternate shipping addresses. This means that you must ship to the same address as you are billing. The order must be confirmed at the telephone number that is on the credit card holder's file with the issuing bank. Please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. Failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of your order.

A physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box address or hotel/motel rooms under any circumstances.

Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors

Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent items. If an error is made and a product is listed at an erroneous price, Siegel Flyscreens may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card at the incorrect price, Siegel Flyscreens shall have the right to immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

Prices & Availability

Because of the fast-moving nature of the industry, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Siegel Flyscreens is unable to issue price adjustments due to manufacturer price changes after date of original sale. We do our best to provide the most accurate, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to make changes without notice. We will inform you when a product is not in stock, and can contact you when we expect the product will be available. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon vendor supplied information and are subject to change.

About Sales Tax

Siegel Flyscreens collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within Germany only. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of Germany.

Order Cancellation & Change Policy!

NOTE: ORDERS MUST BE CANCELED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING PLACED TO AVOID A 10.00 Euro CHARGEBACK FEE.

Canceling An Order - Orders that are canceled after 48 hours of being placed are subject to a 10.00 Euro chargeback fee. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Any orders that are canceled after being shipped fall under our Return and Exchange policy. When canceling an order, Siegel Flyscreens must be contacted directly via telephone or e-mail.

Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you would be required to refuse delivery of your shipment. A cancellation fee of 10% along with applicable fees and shipping charges will be charged to your account. You must contact us to get our permission before you cancel your order.

We do not anticipate any cancellations from our customers once we send the order confirmation and the products have been shipped. If a product is being returned for no fault of ours, shipping and handling charges may be applied to the customer's account. Changing An Order - Anyone needing to change an order must do so as soon as posiable. Orders cannot be changed after they have been shipped. After orders have been shipped they fall under our Return and Exchange policy. When changing an order, Siegel Flyscreens must be contacted directly via telephone or e-mail.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after receiving them. Normally we do not backorder items. If an item is currently unavailable, this will usually be indicated when the item is placed in your shopping cart. Occsionally an item has just become unavailable. In that case we will notify you when we receive your order, and refund your payment.

IMPORTANT: We use UPS and DPD to ship to around the world. Your order should arrive within 7-14 business days for credit card, money order payments. Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check has cleared.

Shipping charges are based on a 7 % charge of total invoice amount.

We cannot accept orders shipping to P.O. Boxes. The billing address on your order must match the address on your credit card statement. Any order received not meeting these requirements will be canceled and the purchaser will be informed.

Return Policy

Returns - All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. All returns are subject to a restocking fee that will be reflected on chargebacks & refunds. Unless otherwise specified, all items being returned must be 100% complete. All Products being returned must be sent back to Siegel Flyscreens Germany in manufacturer's original box, inside of an additional box to ship.We request that you never write or mark on the Siegel manufacturer' box.

Siegel Flyscreens shall not be responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping/Postage and handling for items being returned to Siegel Flyscreens must be paid by you, the customer. We STRONGLY recommend that you FULLY insure the package you are returning. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, in the event the package is lost or damaged in transit. We suggest that you use a "traceable carrier" that can provide you with "proof of delivery".

If you request a return, we will be glad to send a replacement or refund (minus shipping). You must e-mail to siegelanfrage@aol.com or phone us (049) 7254-1042 before returning any items. Be sure to let us know what item you will be returning. We will respond with complete return instructions. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

Returns on non defective opened merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are opened, also we can not acept any used or cut do-it-yourself kits. If the flyscreenwindows or doors are ordered to made to fit there is NO RETURN if the measurement does not fit, except if the sizes delivered are made to the wrong size through us. Unless you are returning a defective or miss sized screen product for exchange, you will be responsible for a 10% processing fee. Returns will not be subjected to a restocking fee if the following conditions are met:

The item(s) must be returned in unopened condition within 10 days. Opened packages will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Returns which appear to have an initial defect or are damaged within 10 days of the day you receive it, will be replaced (identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees.

Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Responsibility falls on the customer to inspect said merchandise within those 10 days. Returns are to be inspected upon receipt by our staff.

If the case arises that any of these conditions are not met, Siegel Flyscreens reserves the right to either refuse the return, or to charge a minimum charge for restocking of 15%, depending on the condition of said return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns. Siegel Flyscreens will not be responsible for any product that becomes defective beyond the 10 days of receipt. Any order that is refused on delivery, is subject to a 10% processing fee. Shipping and handling is not refundalbe.

NOTE: ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT.

If a product is damaged during transit, we will refund the cost of the product or replace the product. You can get the refund or replacement by sending an e-mail to siegelbestellung@aol.com. Please indicate your preference in the subject field by selecting either refund or replacement.

Refunds

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items shown at our site are actual photos of the products available at the time of inclusion in the site. An updated version may be substituted at a later date.

Products depicted on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of this updating, or because the manufacturer packages several models of a product in one style box. All the sizes of products indicated or shown are close approximations. Although we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of item descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct clerical and entry errors.
